Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rebookings are possible free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment. If you cancel 48 to 12 hours before, 50% of the price will be charged, and if you cancel less than 12 hours before, 100%. Please let us know in good time so that the appointment can be given to someone else. Thank you for your understanding!
